Stock Usage Agreement

1. My Stock Images are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial 3.0 license. If you don't see the CC logo under the image you want to use, you're probably surfing the wrong area and that is NOT a stock image (Try browsing the Stock Image gallery). Use of copyrighted images is strictly forbidden (as obvious).

2. Post a link to your use of the stock on the comment area of each image, so others can see your work. Credit me in your description by linking back to my page or the image you used.

3. Images from my stock are for photocompositors and artists; they are not to be used as content in and of themselves. Moreover, you're expected to create a creative work, which means something more than merely cropping the image, applying a filter, altering levels, curves, colors, and so on. A Creative Work IS NOT a synonymous for a Post Work.

4. No commercial use of stock images is allowed. Please, don't ask me to change this rule. I give you these images for free and I ask you to exhibit the works made with them for free. That's why I don't authorize commercial use: quite fair, I believe.

5. Feel free to make prints and public exhibitions of your derivative works, even "off site" (real world exhibitions) but: a) let me know where the work was exhibited and b) credit me as author of the original stock image.

6. You are allowed to repost works based on my stock in other places (personal websites, contests, whatever) than DA but please keep a credit to me where appropriate.

7. The models in my images are real human beings with real feelings. Please be considerate of how the models might see themselves.

8. If you include my stock images in any graphic composition (a web template, for example), please credit me back in a visible area of your work.

9. You ARE NOT authorized to use my stock images to MAKE YOUR OWN STOCK IMAGES.

10. In my website, I maybe could be pleased to share your most amazing works made with my stock images (giving you credit for it). You're not obliged to accept this rule. I think it is quite fair, as I share the original image with you, that you decide to do the same with me. Anyway, if you don't want to share your final work, send me a simple note and I won't use it in any way.

11. Don't ask me to upload or send the original RAW file. Most images are retouched because, as a photographer, I don't use to distribute unretouched images. The images you can find in the stock area are exactly how I decided to distribute them. Please, don't ask me for a different version of the uploaded files.

12. There are no restrictions on the sort of art you are allowed to create with my stock, with respect in mind. Art is an expression of self and I want it to remain that way. But, out of respect for my models and myself as a photographer, you may not create art with my stock that depicts hate toward any person, group, race, country, or religion. Obviously, children may not be used in works of a violent, erotic or sexual nature.
